§7416 . Grounds for dissolution of domestic insurer. The superintendent may apply under this article for an order dissolving the corporate existence of a domestic insurer: (i) upon his application for an order of liquidation of its business, or at any time after such order has been granted; or (ii) upon the grounds specified in subsection §7402(m) of this article, regardless of whether an order of liquidation is sought or has been obtained.
