§4911

§4911 . Powers of the superintendent.

§4911(a)

(a) The superintendent shall have the power to grant and revoke certifications of external appeal agents to conduct external appeals requested pursuant to paragraph §4910(b)(1) or §4910(b)(2) of this title or pursuant to both such .

§4911(b)

(b) If, after reviewing the application authorized by §4912 of this title, the superintendent is satisfied that the applicant meets the requirements of (this §) ,the superintendent shall issue a certificate to the applicant. A certificate issued under (this §) shall be valid for a period of not more than 2 years.

§4911(c)

(c) In order to be re-certified, an external appeal agent must demonstrate to the superintendent on forms prescribed by the superintendent that it continues to meet all applicable standards required by this title. Re-certification under (this §) shall be valid for a period of not more than 2 years.
