§2605 . Penalty for violating workers' compensation law. The superintendent may impose a penalty not to exceed $2,500 upon any insurer required to be licensed under the provisions of this chapter, if, after notice to and a hearing of such insurer, he finds it has unreasonably failed to comply with the workers' compensation law.
