* §2326 . Evaluation of competitive rating provisions. The superintendent shall continuously monitor the operation of the provisions of this article which are applicable to the kinds of insurance or insurance activities the rates for which, pursuant to subsection §2305(a) of this article, are not subject to prior approval.
