§214 . Report on insurance agent licensing examinations. The superintendent shall perform a study of the insurance agent licensure examinations required pursuant to §2103 of this chapter. The study shall, at a minimum, include the total number of examinees, the passing rate of all examinees, and the mean scores on the examination. Additionally, the study shall examine the correlation between these statistics and the applicants' native language, level of education, gender, race and ethnicity.
