As indicated in §103 of the law,the provisions are divided in descending order of application as follows:

  Article 1					Article is just Section without the two right-hand digits. For example, §4228 is part of Article 42. 	 
    Section 101, also written as §101.		Sections run from 101 though 9901 (with much skipping), so Articles run from 1 through 99.
